Just got back from six warm days in Sierra Vista Here I am with a native flowering thistle in the Huachuca foothills with historic buildings of Palominas in the background The heat helped my fibromyalgia and I was able to do some sightseeing

Whenever I am in the desert, which is not that often, I feel GREAT!!! So great that we are planning on pulling roots and moving south to somewhere warm and dry...this wet, cold, damp, Astoria Oregon coastal rain is just too hard on me. Hopefully in the next couple years we will be in So Cal, Texas, New Mex, Nevada, Arizona...maybe even Mexico! We are on ssd and cannot afford to go away for the winter months, it will have to be a complete move. I am looking forward to the releif though.
